1. OFFER
1.1 Our services are aimed at anyone travelling throughout France and Europe. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, we're available 24/7 (including nights, Sundays and public holidays, subject to a surcharge). Whether you're travelling alone or in a group, we offer you our best solutions.
1.2 Transporting people for a fee is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles (VTC, cabs, etc.) can provide this service. Chauffeurs d'exception is registered as a VTC operator under registration number EVTC035166110.
2. RESERVATION
2.1 A prior reservation is strongly recommended to ensure the availability of our vehicles and drivers. Please provide us with all the information concerning your booking.
2.2.1 We will provide you with a quotation and, once you have approved it, we will ask you to pay a deposit to secure your booking.
2.2.2 The balance is payable on the day of the service following its completion.
3. DELAY
3.1 We are able to follow the arrival of flights or trains in order to match your actual arrival as closely as possible.
3.2 We offer a 60-minute waiting time at the airport and a 15-minute waiting time in all other cases. Time calculated from the actual arrival of your flight or train.
4. RATES
4.1 You can estimate your transport request by filling in our online quote form via this link or by a simple request by email, sms or mobile application. We will reply as soon as possible. Transparent rates known in advance, with no surprises.
4.2 Our rates are in Euros and include 10% VAT. Night rates from 8pm to 8am, Sundays and public holidays are extra.
4.3 Our rates are calculated from our departure base, taking into account distance and not time spent on the road or traffic.
4.4 Accepted methods of payment :
4.4.1 In the car: Cash, cheques, credit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card...)
4.4.2 At a distance: bank transfer, VAD
5. SERVICES
5.1 Chauffeurs d'exception is committed to welcoming its customers punctually and driving them to their destination with serenity, absolute discretion and respect for the Highway Code. You will be greeted with a sign in your name, or an appointment can be made to pick you up.
5.2 Chauffeurs d'exception undertakes not to divulge any information concerning its customers.
5.3 Refreshments offered on board our vehicles.
6. CANCELLATION
6.1 Free cancellation 24 hours before departure *.

7. LEGAL INFORMATION
- In the event of a dispute arising under the judicial authority against Chauffeurs d'exception, any legal action may be brought only before the competent court on which its registered office is located, Rennes - Bretagne (35), France
8. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The customer acknowledges having read, during his reservation, the general conditions of sale. The acceptance of a quotation by the customer and the confirmation of his order imply full adherence to these general terms and conditions
